Our weekly cattle auctions are held every Monday starting at 11:30a.m.

The week of New year's, Memorial Day, the week of the 4th of July, Labor Day, the week of Thanksgiving, and the week of Christmas. 

We are closed May 26, 2025, June 30th, 2025, September 1st, 2025, November 24th, 2025, December 22nd, 2025, and December 30th, 2025. Other days could change due to weather.

 At WNC Livestock Exchange, you can find a variety of livestock including cattle, goats, and sheep. The types of livestock available can vary from auction to auction. At large animal sales, you will mostly see cattle, with a few exceptions.

 Absolutely! Whether you are a farmer, a buyer, or simply an animal enthusiast, you're welcome to join our auctions. It's a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the local farming community and understand market trends. Some people come for the amazing food we sell.

Just show up with your animals. Simple as that. We will ask for your name and a good mailing address and then we take it from there.

At WNC Livestock Exchange, animal welfare is our utmost priority. We ensure all animals for auction are in good health and have been cared for appropriately. We have state representatives checking on every animal and deciding whether they are healthy enough to sale or not.
